During our sessions, you'll have the opportunity to work with various materials like paint, clay, collage, and pastels. Imagine letting your hands guide you as you create, without the pressure of producing a perfect piece of art. This process can help uncover hidden feelings and thoughts, providing new insights and perspectives on your experiences. A typical art therapy session involves discussing your current feelings and experiences, followed by a creative activity designed to help you express those emotions. We might then reflect on your artwork to gain deeper insights and understanding. These personal sessions are tailored to your needs, ensuring a supportive and individualized experience.

Play therapy is another wonderful service on offer, specifically designed for children aged 2 to 14 years. Through the ‘work’ of play, children can explore, express and come to terms with issues in ways that are natural and engaging for them in a supportive and safe environment.

Parents and caregivers are an integral part of this process. We consult with you every step of the way, ensuring that your child's progress is understood and supported while maintaining their confidence and privacy. The goal is to help children navigate their feelings and challenges with the assurance that they are cared for and understood.
